Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times

We ship internationally, and delivery times can vary depending on your location and the item ordered:

• Standard delivery: 7–15 business days
• Some items may take up to 20–25 business days during high-demand periods or customs delays

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays outside our control can occasionally extend delivery times.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@tequilahermanos.com with your order number and we'll investigate — including reshipping or refunding where appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
