Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@onlypawsfans.com with your order number and details.

We'll offer a refund or replacement once we've reviewed your request. If a physical return is required, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
